Mendelssohn Glee Club Spring Concert

  • W83 Ministry Center 150 W. 83rd Street NEW YORK United States (map)

Since 1866, this male chorus has presented at least two free concerts annually. The theme of this concert is the human struggle for freedom against forces of oppression throughout history. Our songs range from patriotic to anti-war, and from spirituals to love songs imagining a better world by composers including Randall Thompson, George M. Cohan, Bob Dylan, and John Lennon. Afterward, there is a Champagne Afterglow with a sing-along and refreshments.

Tuesday, May 13 at 7 pm. Doors open at 6:30 pm.

Admission is free. View their website below.
