The Gratitude Way: An Evening with Girma Bishaw

  • W83 Ministry Center 150 W. 83rd Street NEW YORK United States (map)

One way or another, we will respond to the challenges our society faces, but how we respond will define who we become. In a world often marked by division, resentment, and unrest, what if the most radical and restorative response is … gratitude? Gratitude, rooted in the gospel, offers a powerful lens for healing broken relationships, rebuilding communities, and reimagining life itself.

On Monday, November 24, at Redeemer West Side, we invite you to more than just a book launch. This is a call to explore that transformative choice. Join us in welcoming author Girma Bishaw, who will share insights from his journey, from life as an Ethiopian refugee to becoming a voice for gratitude as a catalyst for personal and social renewal.

This promises to be an inspiring evening of teaching, discussion, music, and fellowship. Dr. Bishaw’s new book, The Gratitude Way: Creating Common Ground in a Divided World, will be available for purchase as well. We hope to see you then.
