Mission of The Gallery at W83 Ministry Center

The Gallery at W83 Ministry Center is a space, on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, where art cultivates community and engages conversations for the spiritual, social, and cultural renewal of New York City and beyond.

What we do

We collaborate with local artists of diverse backgrounds to create a hospitable environment for personal engagement, community conversations, and spiritual reflections with the art.

We do this by:

  • Providing a platform for artists to speak about their work.

  • Partnering with organizations that promote social justice and seek the flourishing of all people.

  • Exploring universal themes of culture, community, and faith.

  • Enhancing the worship experience of those who attend church here by following the seasons of the Christian liturgical calendar.
